01
WaterCheck ("the app", "we") is built on a simple principle: your health data belongs to you. WaterCheck does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Everything you log stays on your device.
02
None. WaterCheck collects no personal data whatsoever.
Your water intake logs and settings are stored exclusively in your device's local storage (via Apple's SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
03
WaterCheck uses the following Apple platform services only:
No analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or tracking libraries are included in WaterCheck.
04
WaterCheck stores your hydration logs and settings using Apple's SharedPreferences on your device. This data is included in standard iOS device backups (iCloud or Finder) and is subject to Apple's own privacy and security practices. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling WaterCheck.
05
If you grant notification permission, WaterCheck schedules local hydration reminders on your device. These are created and delivered entirely on-device — no data is sent to any server. You can revoke permission at any time in iOS Settings → WaterCheck → Notifications.
06
WaterCheck is not directed at children under 13. As no data is collected from any user, this requirement is satisfied by design.
07
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of WaterCheck after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
