Overview

PocketTreasures: Children Adventure Logbook ("PocketTreasures", "the app", "we") is built on a simple principle: your family's memories belong to you. PocketTreasures does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Every adventure, photo, and story you log stays on your device, always.

Data we collect

None. PocketTreasures collects no personal data whatsoever.

All adventure logs, photos, voice notes, AI summaries, milestone records, and any other content you create in the app is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never accessible to us or any third party.

Third-party services

PocketTreasures uses the following Apple platform services only:

• , App Store / StoreKit: To process in-app purchases. Apple handles all payment data, we never see your payment details.
• , On-Device Storage: All memories, photos, and journal entries are stored locally on your device using iOS file system APIs. Data never leaves your device.
• , On-Device AI (ExecuTorch): AI story generation and insights run entirely on your device. No data is sent to any external AI service or server.
• , AVFoundation: Used locally for voice note recording. Audio is stored on-device only and is never transmitted.

No analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or tracking libraries are included in PocketTreasures.

Photos & media

If you choose to add photos to your adventure log, PocketTreasures will request access to your photo library. Photos you select are copied to the app's local storage only. We do not upload, share, or transmit any photos or media to any server. You can revoke photo library access at any time in iOS Settings → PocketTreasures → Photos.

Subscriptions

PocketTreasures may offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle, see, or store any payment or billing information. All subscription management and cancellation is handled through your Apple ID in iOS Settings or the App Store.

Children's privacy

PocketTreasures is designed to be used by parents and guardians to log their children's adventures. The app is operated by adults, not children. We do not collect any personal information from any user, child or adult. No account creation is required. No data leaves the device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PocketTreasures after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
