Overview

BillSnap — Never Miss A Bill ("BillSnap", "the app", "we") is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. BillSnap does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Everything stays on your device.

Data we collect

None. BillSnap collects no personal data whatsoever.

Bill data, due dates, and any other information you enter or scan are stored exclusively on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Camera usage

BillSnap requests camera access solely to scan bills and extract due dates. All image processing is performed on-device using Apple's Vision framework. No images or extracted text are ever transmitted to external servers. You can revoke camera permission at any time in iOS Settings → BillSnap → Camera.

Third-party services

BillSnap uses the following Apple platform services only:

• —App Store / StoreKit: To process in-app subscription purchases. Apple handles all payment data — we never see your payment details.
• —Vision framework: For on-device OCR to read due dates from scanned bills. No data leaves your device.
• —Local Notifications: To send reminders before bills are due. Notification content is generated on-device and never transmitted externally.

No analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or tracking libraries are included in BillSnap.

Notifications

If you grant notification permission, BillSnap schedules local reminders on your device before bill due dates. These notifications are created and delivered entirely on-device — no data is sent to any server. You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings → BillSnap → Notifications.

Children's privacy

BillSnap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. As no data is collected from any user, this requirement is satisfied by design.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of BillSnap after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
